Recently, iLen became ISO9001:2008 certified, signifying that the company's quality control process is of international standard. Work for the certification was completed in different stages: manpower mobilization, planning, documentation, trial operation, internal review, and external review. To ensure smooth implementation of the certification, the company carried out careful planning according to ISO9001 requirements and actual work conditions. The active cooperation provided by employees was a great help to the process and through participation they became markedly more conscious of quality control and efficient at work. Furthermore, the work process became more standardized.

Becoming ISO9001 certified is only the first step. iLen will take this as an opportunity to carry forward its philosophy of putting quality and client satisfaction first, continue innovating, and increase efficiency in order to provide better services for its clients.
