On May 26-28, 2012, iLen employees and special guests met at the scenic Furong Resort in Guangzhou to celebrate the 10th anniversary of iLen's foundation. Operations Manager, Windy, gave an overview of iLen's journey and presented awards to those who had contributed to iLen's development over the last 10 years. It was a simple, yet friendly and emotional occasion for all involved.
Ten years of overcoming challenges and pursuing excellence has shaped the iLen of today. Every one of our employees has contributed to the company's success. 25% of our employees have worked for iLen for more than 5 years. 7 of these have been with us for more than 8 years, and one of our staff has had the pleasure of serving us for 120 months, which is 3650 days or 87600 hours! iLen's success over the last decade has happened step by step, contribution by contribution, and we'd like to thank everyone who has worked for us along the way for their trust, support and wholehearted efforts. We could not have done it without you, so once again, thank you! As we look to the future, we want to continue to make iLen a stage for showing our employees' capabilities, and to see everyone's careers develop successfully, along with the company itself.
At our 10th anniversary, iLen would also like to thank all our customers for their support. We have always believed that quality and client satisfaction comes first, and 10 years later this is as true as ever. While proud of our achievements so far, we know there is always room to refine the quality and satisfaction we offer. Since our foundation, we have built a lot of trust with our clients through years of cooperation, and we are proud to see that we've become the service provider that customers like to recommend to their partners.
We have had a challenging, rewarding and exciting last 10 years, and we embark on a new decade with a lot of confidence for continued growth.
