LocWorld27 was held on April 13-15, 2015, in Shanghai, China. The theme of the event was the Internet of Things. This was the second time LocWorld has been held in Shanghai and it once again attracted many localization service providers, from home and abroad, and localization departments of international companies. As a member of the Translators Association of China, iLen was obviously not going to miss such an opportunity to hear the latest industry news and communicate with associates in the same field.

Michael, our language department manager, was iLen's representative at the Shanghai event. During the meeting, many experts and scholars, including the Vice President of the Translators Association of China, Mr. Huang Youyi, commented on the localization industry, and discussed the latest technology trends, including Internet applications and machine translation. In addition, Michael took the opportunity to connect with friends, both old and new, and establish contact with foreign companies, laying the foundation for future business cooperation.
