As an international organization for the localization industry, LISA plays a very important role in the development of the industry. For example, LISA helps the localization industry set up industry standards, increase operation transparency, and increase exchange in technology information. It also facilitates and promotes communication between localization clients (IT product manufacturers), localization vendors (SLV and MLV), and localization tools developers. iLen has applied to join LISA to become a member of this influential international organization.
