On September 4, Luz, a client of ours specializing in life sciences, sent a representative, Lily Li, to iLen for a visit. After a meeting of over two hours, Lily had developed a deeper understanding of iLen's service areas, professional competence, quality assurance, work productivity and job procedures. She gave high praise for our quality services and said that, "This is one of our strongest vendors. They consistently deliver high quality work and are always interested in feedback on how to improve." She indicated that Luz has high expectations with regard to job procedures and quality reviews, and that iLen had been performing very well in the subsequent quality control process. iLen became Luz's preferred vendor after just one year of collaboration and was ranked first in the vendor ratings. Lily also mentioned that Luz had significantly increased its contracts in the Asian market for the next year. However, iLen's capacity can only fulfill 15% of its needs at the moment. Luz hopes that iLen can improve its capacity in the life sciences and medical fields to help Luz achieve even greater success in the Asian market.
